• Provide technology leadership to the insurance platform solution development team
• Map high-level business specification to platform functionalities
• Develop high-level and detailed level design of software components
• Perform coding and unit testing of complex modules and services
• Conduct design walk-through with development team
• Plan, monitor and review the software development team’s output
• Coordinate with onshore development team on software development
• Assess technical details, schedule risks in projects, and report status to the project managers

Required Skill Sets
