Basis Technical Consultants with 5-9 years of experience in SAP Application
Maintenance and Support. Hand's on experience in production support and
development, SAP Security, Solution Manager with knowledge of IT Systems and
Operating Systems.
·
Effective
contributor to project team and possesses excellent communication and
presentation skills
·
SAP
BASIS certification is desirable though not mandatory
·
Good
knowledge in areas of ITIL (ITSM) and Support processes
·
Experienced
in daily administration of Solution Manager and SAP systems (incl. System
Patches; Oracle Patches/Upgrades)
·
Experience
in CCMS Monitoring, Installation, maintenance and housekeeping of CCMS agents
·
Experience
with Change Management system in SAP Solution Manager
·
Hands
on exp in Expert on SAP Solution Manager and with good knowledge of SAP
