Job description:

•         SAP Basis Technical Consultants with 5-10 years of experience in SAP Application Maintenance and Support, Hand's on experience in production support and development, SAP Security, Solution Manager with knowledge of IT Systems and Operating Systems

•         Effective contributor to project team and possesses excellent communication and presentation skills

•         SAP BASIS certification is desirable though not mandatory. Good knowledge in areas of ITIL (ITSM) and Support processes

•         Responsible for system administration and support of technical architecture, including Basis support of SAP R/3, XI, BI and Enterprise portal platforms, with the goal of providing excellent system reliability, performance, high availability

•         Provided SAP Basis administration Support, Problem analysis & resolution, Database support in activities related to SAP and other activities required to maintain system integrity and maximize uptime

•       Worked extensively on all aspects of database backup/recovery, system restore/refresh, SAP and Oracle installation, technical documentation, and troubleshooting (problem reporting and resolution)

•       Experience in refreshing the QA system with PRD database backup. Experience in system restores

•       Provide SAP Basis administration Support, Performance monitoring & tuning, Problem analysis & resolution, and other activities required to maintain system integrity and maximize uptime
